How to use

1. Lay the belt before you.
2. Put 1 drop electrode gel each pad.
3. Place the belt around your Cervical as such that the electrode are positioned on your Cervical then close the Velcro fastener.
4. Press the round button provided in the middle of the belt to Start the stimulation process.
5. Press ?+? sign to increase the intensity of the stimulation .press ?-? sign to
   decrease the intensity on the stimulation.
